Deepwell has a community and corporate responsibility to reduce the potential liability costs associated with the operation of our Waste Management Facilities. Our Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERBC) regulated and permitted Waste Management Facilities are designed for long-term, sustainable oilfield waste containment. We operate in material compliance with the Oil and Gas Conservation Act and other regulations governing the Upstream Petroleum Industry. Some of these regulations include groundwater monitoring at every site, as a minimum requirement, and posting financial security that is held by the ERBC and usable at its discretion.

Deepwell's facilities are also required to meet our clients' own safety standards. Prior to waste delivery, clients will often perform their own environmental and safety audits to ensure Deepwell is handling waste according to their company's own waste disposal guidelines.

3rd Party Oversight
In addition to regular audits by the ERBC, Deepwell facilities have been audited by other third-party industry audit profiles. Deepwell also conducts its own internal audits and risk assessments.
