Jay Simmons has held numerous executive-level positions with privately held and publicly traded oil and gas production and service businesses, and power generation enterprises. He has additional restructuring and advisory services experience with a global chartered accounting firm.

Sam Parrotta - Director & Trustee

Chief Financial Officer of the Onni Group of Companies, a private real estate development , property management and investment holding company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he oversees the group’s financial management and portfolio of equity investments. Mr. Parrotta joined Onni Group in his present position in March 2006. Prior to joining Onni, he spend seven years with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc., providing transaction advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and financing of both public and private corporations across a variety of industries. Mr. Parrotta is a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has his Chartered Accountant designation.

Al Kroontje - Trustee

Al Kroontje has served as Interim President of three TSX/TSX Venture Inc. listed companies while they were being restructured or sold. He has played an important advisory role in repositioning Deepwell as an income trust.

William P. Robinson - Trustee
Mr. Robinson is the President and a Director of Manvest Inc. a Calgary based private equity investment company. He previously held positions with the Loram Group of Companies including: V.P. and General Manager of Bowfort Capital, Treasurer of the Loram Group and Manager, Finance of Pembina Resources Ltd. Prior to joining the Loram Group he was with Peat Marwick and Partners, an international management consulting firm. Mr. Robinson is well known and respected in the Canadian venture capital and merchant banking community and has participated in many private company financing and acquisitions. Mr. Robinson currently sits on the Board of Directors of a number of Canadian companies including: Softchoice Corp., BuildDirect.com Technologies, ENTx Capital Corporation, On-Line Support Inc., Associate Veterinary Clinics, Cross Oilsands contracting Ltd. and ListenUp Canada. He is currently a member of the Alberta Economic Development Authority.

Richard G. Taylor - Trustee
is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gibson. He joined Gibson in 1991 as General Manager, Financial Projects, and was promoted to Vice President, Finance in 1994. Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, a Chartered Accountant designation and a Chartered Business Valuator designation.

Terry W. Gomke - Trustee
is a Director, and the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Gibson. He joined Gibson in 1984 following a ten year career with various oil and gas companies in Calgary, where he developed expertise in the areas of production, processing, marketing and transportation. Mr. Gomke also served the role of Chief Operating Officer for Gibson from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Gomke has extensive Board experience and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary. He is also a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists & Geophysicists of Alberta.

Douglas Stuve - Director

Douglas Stuve is a securities lawyer tasked with guiding Deepwell through the legal and regulatory process of becoming an income trust. He has also assisted with the development of Deepwell Energy Services Trust's legal framework.

A. Stewart Hanlon - Director
is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gibson. He joined Gibson in 1991 and in his 17 year tenure with Gibson has filled senior roles in finance, business development, and operations culminating in his role as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hanlon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Chartered Accountant designation.

Rick M. Wise - Director
is the Senior Vice President, Operations at Gibson. Mr. Wise rejoins Gibson after having spent the past six years at CCS Corporation in the role of Vice President Engineering, Regulatory & Midstream Development and three years prior to that as a Manager of Business Development at EnCana. Mr. Wise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists & Geophysicists of Alberta.
